The people behind AinoAid™

We understand that finding the right help can be overwhelming - it's easy to get lost in a world where finding the right help seems like a needle in a haystack. But we at AinoAid™ are here to help you put the pieces together and support you in finding suitable offers. AinoAid™ offers an anonymous chat option so you can ask any questions. There is no right or wrong! We also offer you a lot of useful information on our website on various questions relating to domestic violence.

At AinoAid™ we want to be by your side every step of the way. Our goal is to advise and support you so that you can overcome difficult situations. And experts can also deepen their knowledge: Our AinoAid™ platform offers a wide range of helpful resources with a wide range of information.

Everything starts with understanding the users

Each of us is as individual as our fingerprint. And so it is with our close relationships. Sometimes, we feel something is wrong - but we find it difficult to name it. You may feel a little lost and question yourself, the other person, and ultimately your feelings for each other.

And guess what? Even the professionals who guide others through life's trials and tribulations sometimes don't know what to say or do. It’s all part of the human experience! So that we can provide you with the best possible support, we want to understand as well as possible who our users might be and what their concerns are. That's why we consider ourselves very fortunate to have been able to conduct interviews with those affected by domestic violence or intimate partner violence and to incorporate their experiences into the development of our website.

In addition, since the beginning we have had a wonderful group of people from all over the world on our team to be able to put our idea of offering help into practice. We are also very grateful to them and their contributions.

Expertise from different areas is required

The topic we are dealing with is very complex. We are therefore very pleased that experts from various professional groups are making their specialist knowledge available to us. We have the privilege of being part of the EU-wide IMPROVE project with experts and researchers from the fields of social affairs, healthcare and the police.
