The police e-services

The police are responsible for ensuring public order and safety and preventing and investigating crime. The ultimate goal of the police is to keep everyone safe.


On the police e-services, you can make an appointment with police licence services and use the police online services.


The national police helpline


The police helpline advises on non-urgent matters (In case of an emergency, call 112), e.g., criminal cases and crime reports, lost property, passports, identity cards, appointment bookings, and e-services. The service is available in Finnish and Swedish.
