Women victims of gender violence have the right to free legal assistance, regardless of their financial resources. They can request this assistance in the courts and at the bar associations. A lawyer will assist you in civil and criminal procedures related to your situation as a victim of gender violence.


In 016 information is offered on resources and rights of victims in terms of employment, social services, financial aid, information resources, assistance and shelter for victims of this type of violence. 016 also offers immediate psychosocial care for all people who need emotional support (24/7) carried out by specialized personnel.
