Mobile phone manufacturers have developed functionalities aimed at ensuring that calls to the 016 Service are not stored in the call log of smartphones.

On the website of the Ministry of Equality, users can locate and interactively view information, either through maps or listings, accessible for cases of gender-based violence.
It includes support and prevention services for cases of gender-based violence that public administrations and social entities have made available to citizens and victims of gender-based violence (police, judicial, information, support, and advisory resources). For each resource, it provides: service description, postal address and contact telephone numbers.

To use this tool appropriately, you need to select the type of resource you are looking for:

Select the autonomous community and province where you want to find the resource. If you want to find a resource in your area, you can search by entering your address, city, or postal code.
Access to the Social Services system is provided through basic primary care centers, the Municipal Social Services Centers (C.M.S.S.), which serve specific local areas and are located in thirteen offices throughout the city.
