Only a miracle would help me!

Imagine that tonight, while you are sleeping, a miracle happens. Your problems disappear. But because you are asleep, you do not know that the miracle has happened. When you wake up in the morning, you don’t know that a miracle has occurred, but your problems are gone.

  • What is the first thing you notice?

  • What are things like now?

  • How does it feel?

  • Do others notice that a miracle has happened?

  • How do they notice it? If you answer that something (for example, anxiety, fear, exhaustion, hurry, or violence) is gone, look at what has taken its place.

  • What do you do when violence, conflict, or anxiety is no longer present?

  • What happens when worry fades away?

  • What is your first step toward that?
