Shelter contacts

You can go to a shelter if you have experienced violence in your relationship or family. The violence does not have to be physical; a threat of violence is also a reason to seek help at a shelter.

Shelters offer counseling, support, and guidance. They are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and are available to people of all ages. Staying in a shelter is free. You are free to go to any shelter without needing a referral. If necessary, you can go to a shelter without giving your name.
